Dr. Bill Miller has 25 years of pastoral experience, serving in a variety of settings from churches of 200 to a 1,000 people. The churches have ranged from quite traditional to extremely contemporary; from over 100 years old to planting a brand new church. He has served in the roles of Senior Pastor of multi-staff churches, as an Associate, and as a Church Planter.

Dr. Miller’s D.Min. is from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, with a special focus on church growth and church health. He received his M.Div. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago.

He is a certified Sonlife Trainer in the Growing a Healthy Church & Everyday Commandment/Commission seminars. He also is certified in using the Natural Church Development survey, and the Church Health Survey.

He founded HighPower Resources in 1998, and has been developing niche software and specialty resources for the local church for more than 15 years.
