As an author, inspirational speaker and having suffered insecurity along with lack of identity as a child, Renee discovered the freedom to live victoriously by applying God's Word to her life and in turn desires to help others do the same. From her battle with chronic lung disease and heart issue to the struggles of everyday life, she speaks openly and practically about her experiences so others can be inspired and encouraged to apply what she has learned to their lives.

In 2009, Renee became the founder and president of Women of Destiny Social Club, Inc (WD). WD’s mission is to change the lives of women one sister at a time. The organization’s goal is accomplished via encouraging, educating, and expanding the consciousness of women through community service, social outings, and knowledge based workshops. locally, nationally as well as internationally.

After encouraging and sharing her milestones and victories with so many women, Renee decided to author her struggles to continue to share her testimony and the life-changing message of the Gospel. She believes and teaches the message centered on God’s ability to heal, deliver and set free anyone regardless of their background or past mistakes. Renee want to let others know that God has a place for them and can help them on their path to living a purposeful and fulfilling life.

In 2011, She was faced with the tragic murder of her nineteen years old son as a result of a drive-by shooting.

In 2012, she co-founded a non-profit organization, RJT Foundation, Inc., “Women Supporting Families of Murdered Children.” Renee has decided to turn her pain into a purpose of hope and change throughout her community and beyond.

She is a volunteer with Life Alliance Organ Recovery Agency and speaks at events about the tragedy of her son and on the importance of organ donation.

She was featured on the cover of the March 2012 issue of I-Female Magazine.
