 Brady Orand is an ITIL Expert certified IT Service Management Instructor with particular emphasis on transitioning a technology organization to an organization that provides value through services to the business. 
Brady Orand is an ITIL Expert certified IT Service Management Instructor. Starting his career as a Product Developer, Brady has been developing Service Management Solutions for more than 25 years. Working for companies such as Intel, BMC Software and Accenture, Brady has grown his understanding of IT Service Management to enable him to better assist companies’ IT Service Management initiatives.

Brady spends the majority of his time teaching the concepts of ITIL to thousands of students each year. Students in his classes come from all industries including the majority of the Fortune 500. Having certification exam pass rates well above the average, this is a reflection of his deep understanding of the concepts of service and how service can be a cornerstone to the success of an IT organization.

Brady holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.
