Shadowing the CEO of Defianz in India, Piyush dabbles into any and all aspects of day-to-day management of business operations. Good at prioritization, influencing without authority and leading by example - he leads a team of energetic and enthusiastic over achievers who refuse to rest until our 5 year goals are met.

As "wing-man" to the CEO - his role as COO of India Operations covers "all aspects" of running a post-start up enterprise. While he wears multiple hats on any given day, Piyush's overall role focus is on the following:

- Managing execution of the "vision" established by the executive team
- Establishment / Improvement / Management of Business Processes
- Performance Management of the new & ever growing team
