Carolyn Oliveira comes to us with an extensive background in HR and Sales and has been successfully managing her own full service event planning company since 2007. She coordinates and performs with a Corporate/Wedding Band in the Northern California Region (The Mixx), and manages to work all of that around the schedule of an almost 4 year old daughter.

Carolyn oversees all of Innovative Events Management's (IEM) aspects of meeting planning and production for this multi- faceted, corporate event planning company, as well as logistical pre-planning, to execution of event, including onsite and exhibitor registration, event kickoff, coordination of keynote speakers, seminars, breakout sessions. Ms. Oliveira also Identifies service providers, creating alliances for independent contractors and suppliers, or other special services required by client. Post program reports, including budgetary breakdowns and surveys.
