For over two decades Diane has built a reputation as a leader who is respected for her insight, integrity and work ethic. Diane has built from the ground up several successful businesses overseeing sales, marketing, product development, and financial aspects. In addition to her entrepreneurial skills, she has real-life experience in the development of business units – launching new products, optimizing production, setting up infrastructure, grooming staff, and empowering teams across multiple global business segments. At both KPMG (a global CPA firm) and Thomson Reuters (global information company), Diane specialized in finding solutions that work and advising corporate leaders in how best to improve productivity and gain inefficiencies that positively impact the bottom line.

With a background in technology, accounting and corporate taxation, Diane has advised startup, mid-stage, and large multi-national corporations in a variety of industries, including publishing, media, internet services, education, hospitality, construction, nonprofit, and manufacturing. In the nonprofit arena, Diane has served on several Boards and as an Executive Director for a national trade association.

Diane is a published author of over a dozen books, and is a sought-after speaker. She earned a B.S. from Drexel University in Philadelphia with a double major in Accounting and Computer Science, and passed the CPA exam shortly thereafter in PA.

Diane volunteers with the American Red Cross Rescue Racers, running in the annual Myrtle Beach Marathon to raise funds for Red Cross. Diane is a member of the Surfside Area Rotary, Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce, Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Council, Grand Strand Technology Council, and Coastal Organization of Human Resources. An avid reader, Diane resides in the Myrtle Beach area with her husband and son.
