Rob Christopher founded Just Resolve based upon his 30 years’ experience as a practicing commercial, antitrust and intellectual property litigation attorney and co-ownership of a large family farming business.

Christopher is an accomplished litigation and trial attorney, most recently with Hopkins & Carley in San Jose, California, and earlier with New York-based international law firm Coudert Brothers, where he last served as regional managing partner for Northern California. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, California state courts, numerous federal district courts, and several federal circuit courts of appeal.

He has served as a mediator, arbitrator and settlement Judge Pro-Tem for the Santa Clara County Superior Court. He is an AV- Preeminent rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review rating process. Additionally, Christopher is a co-owner of a large family farming business. Rob holds an AB with Honors in Economics from Stanford University and a JD from the University of California at Davis.
