Keith is the founder and president of Springer Financial Advisors, formerly known as Capital Financial Advisory Services. He has been providing professional financial advice for more than 25 years, specializing in wealth management solutions for even the most complex individual and institutional portfolios worldwide. He has developed a proprietary process known as Top-Down Tactical™ for building tax-efficient and retirement portfolios for high net worth individuals.

His career began with Merrill Lynch in his hometown of Boston, Massachusetts, where he completed his financial consultant training in 1985. In 1990, he moved to California to study advanced portfolio management and investment management studies. By 1996, he felt his clients’ interests would be best served by going independent, so he became a Registered Investment Advisor. This ultimately led to the formation of Capital Financial Advisory Services, where he continues to serve as president today.

In conjunction with his career as an advisor, he has dedicated himself to serving the community. It gives him great pleasure to help the dreams of others come true. Thus, in 1999 he organized the Springer Turkey Challenge to raise money to feed local hungry families. Through the generosity of his friends and clients, each holiday season he raises funds, then matches their donations. Collectively, they give away thousands of turkeys and other complementary items to those who would otherwise go without. Keith looks forward to doing more in the years to come.

Keith is also a member of The Society for Financial Awareness (SOFA), where he donates his time delivering free seminars and workshops for companies, civic organizations, church groups, etc. His goal is to help raise financial awareness and assist people in taking charge of their financial future.
Keith is a graduate of Clark University in Worcester, MA, with additional studies at Kings College, University of London.
In addition, he is a Registered Financial Planner with the Registered Financial Planners Institute, a Master Certified member of the prestigious HS Dent Advisers Network and a member of the Retirement Income Industry Association (RIIA).
