Tarella is a seasoned attorney dedicated to providing strategic legal counsel across a wide range of practice areas, including corporate transactions, real estate, land use and zoning, landlord-tenant law, estate planning, and civil litigation. His extensive knowledge and commitment to excellence have earned him a strong reputation among clients and peers alike.
Before joining Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud, LLC, Mr. Tarella managed a law firm in North Brunswick, representing businesses and individuals throughout New Jersey. His work has significantly shaped legal precedents, including his success in TSI E. Brunswick, LLC v. Zoning Bd. of Adjustment of Twp. of E. Brunswick, 215 N.J. 26 (2013) — a landmark zoning case argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court. His victory has been cited in over twenty subsequent court decisions, solidifying his impact on land use and zoning law.
Mr. Tarella is a two-time graduate of Rutgers University, earning his Bachelor of Arts in English, summa cum laude, in 1973, followed by his Juris Doctorate in 1976. He is admitted to practice before the Superior Court of New Jersey, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
