Dr. Horioglu is a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face. He is double board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Horioglu received a Bachelor of Science from Yale University as well as a medical degree from the Yale University School of Medicine. While in medical school, he became fascinated by the field of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery and as a result went on to do his residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City. Post residency, he began a fellowship dedicated exclusively to facial plastic surgery with Dr. Keith LaFerriere in Springfield, Missouri. Currently, Dr. Horioglu is in private practice in Rockville Center, New York.

He performs minimally invasive procedures such as Botox injections, facial contouring with fillers such as Radiesse and Restylane, and laser hair removal and Photofacial treatments.

Dr. Horioglu's area of expertise includes Facelifts, Blepharoplasty, Rhinoplasty, Forehead/Brow Lifts, Otoplasty, Laser Resurfacing, and now ACell hair regeneration treatments.

Dr. Horioglu worked for several years with Dr. Hitzig training in Regenerative Medical Procedures. He is presently developing with Dr. Hitzig's guidance varios methods of skin rejuvenation utilizing the ACell/PRP Lysate Technology.
