Rahul is Director of Client Solutions at LexInnova. He is a seasoned technology consultant and has advised AmLaw 100 firms and Fortune 500 corporations on 50+ litigation/licensing matters with cumulative verdicts/settlements worth over $1 billion. At LexInnova, Rahul specializes in creating results-oriented litigation and licensing campaigns for our clients seeking to monetize the value of their IP. Rahul brings wide experience delivering code review, deposition support and expert witness support in technology areas such as telecommunication networks, enterprise software, search engine and internet technologies, consumer hardware and operating systems.

Prior to LexInnova, Rahul worked in a leadership position at a leading IP consulting organization where he was responsible for driving strategic multi-million dollar accounts in North American and European markets. He was the lead consultant on dozens of IP disputes in US District Courts, ITC and European Commission where his opinions and analyses provided key evidence relied upon by testifying witnesses.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, with specialization in Operating Systems and Telecommunications.
