An all-American businessman, philanthropist, small-town "kid" making the world a better place for all to enjoy
Luke L
Luke Lockart was born and raised in Eureka, IL., a small, rural town in the heart of central Illinois. Luke attended Eureka High School and was involved in Student Council, Key Club (where he was the Lieutenant Governor), and other student-body associations. He was also a Board Member of the Eureka Area United Fund, making him the youngest 501(c)(3) board member in the nation at that time. However, while Luke was involved in his school and community, Luke knew he needed to leave the small town life to achieve his dreams and turn them to reality. So, he set off to warmer weather and sunshine, Miami, FL.

Luke attended Johnson & Wales University's North Miami campus where he pursued a bachelor's degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management. During his time at JWU, he was the President of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and the Club Managers Association of America; the Vice President of the Entertainment Management Organization; the Secretary of Eta Sigma Delta (national hospitality honors society); and was also a Global Ambassador for the College of Hospitality Management. In each of these roles, he was being groomed to enter the workforce as an industry leader. Luke graduated Magna Cum Laude from JWU in 2020 and was top in his class.

Shortly after graduating with honors, Luke joined Castle Group Management based in Plantation, FL as a Property Management Intern and later transitioning into a role in luxury high-rise management. Luke came into this position shortly after 558 litigation was settled and construction was underway. He assisted in orchestrating access to units and communications to owners and tenants for a post-tension cable repair project. He also aided the operational efforts in a major lobby renovation.

After leaving Castle Group, Luke proudly joined Quality Environmental Consultants and How 2 Operate Restoration where he leads the marketing and business development efforts out of their West Palm Beach, FL headquarters. As the Vice President of Marketing, Luke oversees community outreach efforts, marketing campaigns, client retention, and promotions.

Luke also serves as the National Director of Product Marketing for My Cart-Away, the World's Most Convenient Utility Cart with patents pending with the United States government. Sales are expected to commence in 2022.

Luke has also joined forces with a South Florida property management executive to launch G3 Property Services, a premier property and asset management firm out of Palm Beach, FL. G3 is able to manage HOA's, condos, commercial spaces, industrial/logistical properties, and hotels.

In December of 2021, Luke excitedly launched Lockart Enterprises, a premier kava and kratom education, consulting, and lobbying firm. Luke and his team provide educational materials to bar owners, managers and staff. They also advocate for consumer rights using a "common sense" regulation approach which Luke's goal is to ensure quality product entering country's boarders. This will mean kratom and kava sold at headshops, bars, or online, will be genuine product (not synthetic). Luke will also be launching a philanthropic sector of the company that will aid in the recovery of former addicts and ensure resources are being allocated to help those in need of rehabilitation centers.
