As President of Marjau Systems Corporation our clients benefit from Michael’s knowledge of information technology and its application to business problems. Prior to forming Marjau Systems Corporation Michael managed the software development efforts of four key product lines for Healthcare Quality Solutions. Michael brought agile and process based methods to HQS to improve both the timeliness and quality of software deliverables. He has over 17 years of software development experience including web and rich client internet applications, client-server and database design. Michael was a Senior Software Engineer for Wetstone Technologies where he participated in the development of a Trusted Time Infrastructure and managed the deployment of Sovereign Time, a Root Time Authority used to deliver secure and auditable time stamping services. Prior, Michael was a Senior Software Engineer for Mediabrowser, Inc. a company that provided a system for delivering affinity browsers and video-enabled Internet browsers based on Microsoft Internet Explorer. These products represented a dramatic new level of customization, personalization, one-to-one marketing and audience targeting for online marketers. MediaBrowser provided this service for some of the world's most recognizable entertainment companies in Lucas Films and Nintendo. Other software experience included the development of a Defense Messaging System for a secure, non-repudiated Military Email Delivery System delivered to the U.S. Department of Defense by Raytheon. Michael served in the U.S. Navy for 6 years as a Naval Aviator, Helicopter Aircraft Commander, Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Department Quality Assurance Officer managing 18 quality assurance programs and Management Information Systems Officer. As the Management Information Systems Officer, NASC Pensacola, he managed a navy software system that tracked training for all aviators and aircraft maintenance workers and managed integration LAN systems for reporting and statistics. Michael has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of South Florida.
