Belinda has been registered as a director of Mediate UK since its incorporation in October 2022, taking on the top executive role as Managing Director. She is responsible for steering the company’s growth, compliance, service standards, and overall organisational strategy.
As MD, Belinda ensures that Mediate UK delivers accessible mediation — both online and in-office — and upholds a strong commitment to client care and fair outcomes. She manages key policies, including complaints handling and company governance, and oversees staff performance, client services, and business development.

Under her leadership, Mediate UK continues to provide a broad range of mediation services covering divorce, separation, child arrangements, financial mediation and consent orders. Belinda’s strategic oversight helps maintain the firm’s reputation for delivering clear, supportive, and efficient mediation services tailored to the complex needs of separating families.
