Kevin is the ONLY “motivational and leadership speaker” in America to ever have a day of recognition passed by The United States Congress.

He is President of Motivate America, Inc., founder of National Motivation & Inspiration Day, which was passed by the United States Congress in December 2001 after the tragic events of 9-11 (H. Res. 308 12/18/2001 declared January 2nd as National Motivation & Inspiration Day.) and creator of The American Motivation Awards, honoring “motivational, inspirational and patriotic Americans” and creator of one of the first “Media Convergence Model” in America in 1999.

Kevin is also an author. His new book, “U ~ Who Are U?” introduces his “21st Century Multidimensional Hierarchy of Needs,” the most significant addition to Dr. Abraham Maslow’s “Hierarchy of Needs” in 60 years, which is one of the foundational studies on human behavior and motivation.

Summer 2011 he will be releasing an international sales certification program that he has developed in conjunction with SNA ~ Suburban Newspapers of America and Borrell Associates, one of the leading media research companies in America. The SNA Media Sales Certification Program is a webinar based education program for media salespeople.

Fall 2011 he will be one of only 10 professors for an online University, The Universal Sports Academy, which is specifically focused on athletes and those interested in sports and Sports Management.

Mr. McCrudden has appeared on national TV and Radio programs. He has appeared on Fox & Friends along side Tiki Barber and Brian Kilmeade and has appeared on Channel 7 TV ABC – NY; has been mentioned on ABC's 20/20, as well as appearing on ABC~NY Channel 7 with George Martin, promoting The 2008 American Motivation Awards.

Kevin has spoken nationally for the past 10 years facilitating over 3,000 hours of programs for thousands of participants across North America and is considered a national leader in “media convergence” and media sales and sales management.

He has experience as a national speaker, professional athlete, candidate for political office, entrepreneur, author and Publisher of Soccer Long Island Magazine.

Kevin has a broad-based background in sales, marketing, advertising, media convergence, Internet E-commerce, management, leadership and sports. He has conducted sales, management, leadership and motivational programs from Seattle, WA to Miami, Fl and Boston, MA to San Diego, CA. He has conducted training programs on Internet Sales, Sales Management, e-Commerce and Media Convergence, as well as provided motivational programs for management, sales, youth, college and professional sports teams.

Kevin has worked with and spoken before organizations such as; Universal's USA Network, New York Times, New York Times Regional News Group (NYTRNG); Boston.com, Newsday, St. Petersburg Times, Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel, Freedom Newspapers, Forum Communications, LIU Southampton College, Community Newspaper Holdings Group [CNHI] newspapers, Morris Newspapers, C. W. Post ~ Long Island University, The Erie Times-News, Knight Ridder, Newspaper Association of America (NAA), Suburban Newspapers of America (SNA) and the 2002 National Champion Long Island Rough Riders Soccer Team, to name only a few.

Kevin is a graduate of The State University of New York @ Brockport with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and a Journalism minor and attended St. John the Baptist High School in West Islip, NY. He lives in Smithtown, NY with his wife and three children.
