Samras is working towards the goal of making Exeed a leading brand in corporate training and executive education domain. He is leading the team which is working with some of the leading brands in Gulf Region for their corporate training requirements.

Since incorporation, he lead the team which worked with Emirates NBD, Kale Kilit, Shurooq, Coke Aujan, Namaa Al Munawara, Al Shaikhani Group, Al Shirawi Group, ADNOC oil, Al Masraf and NMC Healthcare to name a few.

Currently, under his mentorship, Exeed is offering over 150 programs including programs related to supply chain, logistics, general management, project management, leadership development, and operations. For bringing in best training and content, he leads the initiative for hiring subject matter experts from across the world and forges the partnerships with CIQ, Pearson, USB Ed, UCSI Blue Ocean Strategy Consulting, Jig Saw Academy and IMA.

Before associating with Westford Group, he was a senior banker and was associated with Emirates NBD, Ajman Bank, Mashreq Bank and National Bank of Umm Al Qwain. He is a passionate explorer and an amateur badminton player.
