 Cindy Hartman's vast background serves her role as Managing Director well. Her years of employment and volunteering in the training, HR, and association sectors brings experience beneficial to the association. 
Cindy Hartman has a vast corporate background in administration, human resources, training, marketing, and finance. The industries in which she was employed for 30 years are just as varied, including manufacturing, education, retail, distribution, and association management.

This wide range of experience served her well in late 2004 as she pursued her entrepreneurial dream. As President of Hartman Inventory LLC, a personal property inventory service, she brings her corporate experience into her business. Ready to enter into their second decade in the asset inventory industry, they provide inventory services for preparedness as well as post-loss needs. Homeowners, renters, and business owners fill their client list. Though Hartman Inventory focuses on Central Indiana, they travel throughout the United States as requested.

She and her husband, Mike, also own Nationwide Inventory Professionals™ LLC, which is a franchise-like Business Package and License Agreement, to assist others who have a desire for business ownership as well. She shares her years of knowledge gained through trial and error through her company website, newsletter and blogs.

Continuing to pursue her entrepreneurial goals, and focus in the personal property sector, she is Managing Director of National Inventory Certification Association™ (NICA), the officially recognized certifying entity for the asset inventory industry.

Cindy is a freelance writer, and uses this talent to share knowledge about the inventory industry as an Expert Author for RetireNet.com, contributing author for BizyMoms.com, a Diamond Expert Author for EzineArticles.com, and is a guest writer for others’ blogs and newsletters.

Her writing has served her well in developing two courses that have been approved for continuing education units. She co-wrote and presented a teleseminar, titled “An Attorney’s Guide to Estate Inventory” and she and Mike created and present a CEU course designed for Accountants and CPAs.

Cindy also enjoys public speaking, whether she is presenting the continuing education courses, or any topics on personal property inventories, networking, motivation, and small business.
