Neil Osborne formed the Law Offices of Neil Osborne, P.C., in 1998 after years of education and a strong grounding in the application of labor and employment law on staff as legal counsel with the Massachusetts Water Resources Association (“MWRA”). Just prior to starting work with the MWRA Atty. Osborne completed a Masters’ Degree from the renowned Labor Relations program at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1991. While working at the MWRA he pursued his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. Upon graduating from Suffolk University Law School in 1994 he was elevated to the position of Staff Attorney.

After a few years working on staff at the MWRA defending discrimination cases Atty. Osborne took his talents private creating the Law Offices of Neil Osborne, P. C. primarily servicing plaintiff’s in discrimination cases.

In addition to running a successful law practice Atty. Osborne gives back by serving on several non-profit and civic organizations which include:
President of Mystic Valley Area Branch of NAACP, past President and current Treasurer Jamaican Associates, Inc. and Board Member of Mystic Valley Elder Services, Inc., and Treasurer of Medford Health Matters, Vice President West Medford Community Center Board of Directors.
