Aaron has spent his life surrounded by entrepreneurship. From his parents to his extended family, small business was everywhere. He obtained his degree from Colorado School of Mines in Chemical Engineering but focused his education with a minor in Economics and Business. Through regular and rapid promotion he went from engineer to managing engineers, projects and sales for two separate multimillion-dollar business units at a small to medium-sized company. Pairing entrepreneurship with proven business success, Aaron now partners with small business owners and their companies to operate more effectively and grow strategically.
