Nancy Roldan-Johnson

Interim Executive Director

 With over fifteen years of executive nonprofit leadership, Nancy serves as Interim ED and Board Vice President for the One Circle Foundation 
With a personal understanding of the challenges facing minority women, Nancy co-founded Together For Latinas, Inc. in 2008 to help Latina girls proudly travel the bicultural bridge while keeping a connection to their roots. Nancy is the co-author of La Mariposa (the butterfly): A Personal Empowerment Program for Adolescent Latinas, a 12-session curriculum for girls ages 12-18, now a One Circle Foundation Girls Circle® Activity Guide. For her work with Together for Latinas, she has been honored as a Woman of Distinction by the Connecticut Girl Scouts of the USA; featured in O, the Oprah Magazine as a winner of their Women Rule! leadership contest, and recognized as a “Woman Making a Difference” by Soroptimist International New England Region. Nancy holds a BS in International Business Management from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut. She is a fellow of the William Graustein Memorial Funds’s Community Leadership Program and the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s Elm City Fellowship. Before moving to Manhattan in 2021, Nancy and her family lived for nearly a decade in Stockholm, Sweden, and London, England. She and her husband currently live in New York City. They have two adult sons.
