Since joining One Source Provider almost two years ago, Tarryn Sarcone, Director of Recruitment Development at One Source Provider, has been leading the Recruitment team. She has been focusing on the growth of One Source’s independently-owned sales offices, and playing a vital role in the ongoing expansion of One Source Provider’s face-to-face business. Her job is to review current growth needs and to put together a plan to successfully achieve year end targets. She reviews current staff and recruiting processes and makes recommendations to senior leadership. Her job is to hire and train an elite team of in-house recruiters, creating a fully in sourced, lean and efficient recruiting model.

Tarryn grew up in a rural area, on a horse farm, an hour North of Detroit where she was taught to work hard for what she wanted and to create her own opportunities. Being the oldest of four children, Tarryn discovered her leadership abilities early on—helping to raise her 2 sisters and brother. After high school, Tarryn went on to college where she studied human resources and communications at a local community college. She soon discovered One Source Provider and fell in love with the opportunity (she was raised to want) and the diverse culture One Source delivers.

When Tarryn is not working, she enjoys spending time with her twin boys; Dominic and Luke (age four), her newlywed husband, and their family dog- Cedar. In June of this year, Tarryn married John Sarcone, high school sweetheart of six years, and they moved into their new home that they had built from the ground up together during the last four years. Tarryn and John are now expecting their third child; Sophia Josephine Sarcone in March of 2014.

Since joining the company, Tarryn has had the opportunity to travel with the corporate team, as well as the Directors of One Source’s independently-owned sales offices. She traveled to Chicago, Illinois in the middle of this year for a management conference, where she had a chance to attend the Cubs baseball game, a Cirque De Soleil show, and the Annual Air and Water Show downtown. Since Chicago, she was invited to One Source Provider’s Director Refresher that was held in Detroit, Michigan at the historic Antheneum Hotel. During the Refresher, she had a chance to lead a portion of the presentation to all the Director’s, teaching them the backbone of the business- recruiting. Tarryn enjoys being able to travel the world, visiting new cities and being able to network with the other offices.

Tarryn plans to continue to aid the development of the Recruitment Department to expand One Source Provider into a total of 2,000 individual locations nationwide.
