Andrea Mastrobattista is a communications professional with a BA in Radio and Television Communications from Rider College (now Rider University).

Andrea began my career in the corporate sector in Public Relations and Video Production at AT&T. She then worked at Verizon Wireless (formerly Bell Atlantic Mobile) in Telemarketing and Customer Service. While in Customer Service, Andrea took it upon herself to create a monthly newsletter, The Link, which got her noticed by the IT Department. She was then hired as the Editor of their quarterly newsletter, Bits & Bytes.

While in IT, Andrea was asked if she wanted to learn Web Design and create an Intranet site for the department. She accepted the challenge, and took a one-week course on Microsoft FrontPage. Wanting formal training on state-of the art web technology, in 2001, she earned her Web Design degree from The Chubb Institute, graduating at the top of her class.

Andrea started her own Web and Print Design company, Golden Slipper Productions, LLC. Her target audience was small-to-mid-sized businesses because she enjoys working directly with business owners to create a website that fully represents who they are and their expertise in their field of choice.

Andrea went back into the corporate sector in 2003 as Corporate Communications Manager for Aventis Pharmaceuticals IT Department for a year and a half. The company was taken over and she was downsized.

Aventis gave each of the employees they downsized three free months with a career counselor, so Andrea took advantage of that opportunity. During one of her early sessions with her career counselor, Andrea had a realization. Each time she was interviewed for a new job, this question was always posed: Where do you see yourself
in five or 10 years?

While her answer was always a bit different each time she answered the question, Andrea realized that she always included this sentence: I want to INSPIRE people.

Andrea's career counselor suggested she begin by doing "keynote speeches" at her local churches and schools, talking about overcoming the challenges of being a person with a handicap. While this got her in the door, she always new that her ultimate topics would transcend the handicap to reach a wider audience with a broader message. So, she created and her first workshop Series, Living An INSPIRING Life. The credo for Operation INSPIRATION is: No matter what challenges you face, you have what it takes to create and live your most fulfilling and inspiring life. This is the backbone of every workshops she creates and her topics include: Transforming Negatives into Positives, Facing Your Fears and Living a Can-Do Way of Life.
