 Camille Tirzah is the weight-loss coach at Personal Physician Care. She has been featured on the cover of People Magazine and a guest on the Good Morning America TV show to discuss her successful weight-loss methods.

Once toppling the scales at over 232 pounds, Camille knows how it feels to try every diet under the sun and not be successful. Was there something wrong with the diet? Why couldn’t she stick to a weight loss plan? Those thoughts haunted her continuously until I found help in the expertise of my mentor and friend. Creator of over 24 fitness DVDs, a published fitness and diet author, spokes person for Nike, and head trainer of the NBA rookies, she helped Camille by teaching her what to eat, how to eat, and when to eat. Camille learned the importance of exercise, and other tools and strategies that if used consistently will result in permanent weight loss. During this process, she became educated in fitness and weight loss nutrition and over the past several years she has helped and inspired hundreds of people of all ages to lose weight and feel great! Before Camille lost the weight, she lacked energy, had high blood pressure, and was pre-diabetic.

Now, she is healthy, she has vitality, and she has a zeal for life! Camille has so much more energy now to enjoy the time she spends with family and friends. Camille wants to share her knowledge with others so that they can have the same success. Since her weight loss, Camille has been on the cover of People Magazine, a guest on The Good Morning America Show, highlighted on “E” (Entertainment Tonight), written about in several local newspapers, and she’s also written a book about my journey. As a former curriculum and instructional specialist, educator and current certified trainer and weight loss coach, Camille’s goal is to help patients make the transition to a healthier lifestyle. Through scientific research based nutrition designed for optimal health, the result is permanent weight loss.

There are no quick fixes to losing weight, but over a very short amount of time her patients will feel the satisfaction of improved overall health, appearance, and vitality. There is something to be said about the process of attaining a healthy lifestyle through nutrition modification and exercise. For each day as changes are being made, patients become more empowered, strong, and in control to make their own educated decisions about their health and wellness. She emphasizes lifestyle modifications through the use of individualized tools and strategies making losing weight enjoyable, exciting, and possible! As a weight loss coach with a background in fitness, physiology, nutrition for weight loss, she understands how important it is that each patient feel successful each and every day.
