The properties that Nick and his team seek and purchase meet very strict criteria, meaning they will invariably ride the storm of market fluctuations and deliver healthy growth over a reasonable period.
The Prestige Affinity (PA) financial model is the brainchild of Nick, who has applied all that he learnt through actuarial modelling to ensure the goods and services PA offers its members are deliverable, whether as an overseas member or one based in the UK.
His love of sport, the arts and culture are reflected in what the club offers its members in return for their support and loyalty, which is a win/win for all concerned.
