Donny Lauderback is the Founder and serves as the President of F2OnSite.​

Donny founded F2OnSite (formerly Prevail I.T.) in 2007. F2OnSite is now the 'Fastest Growing Onsite I.T. Services company in the United States'.

Donny graduated from the University of Notre Dame - Medoza School of Business Executive Strategic Management and Leadership program; He completed additional post graduate stuides at the LeTourneau School of Business Management, and completed his undergraduate studies from the Texas Tech University Emergency Medical Management program in Lubbock Texas . He has served on numerous boards including the Amarillo College board of directors and was an instructor with Texas A&M F&R program.

He began his career in the recruiting and staffing field in 1989 as a physician recruiter, earning top honors as Rookie of the Year for the MAPC, and for the TAPC as well, establishing more billings than any other first year recruiter in the DFW metroplex and in the State of Texas.

During the past 20 years, Donny has become a subject matter expert in the staffing and recruiting space, including expertise in the information technology, medical and health care fields. He has been published by the Dallas Business Journal, Dallas Family Magazine, Texas Monthly, The Dallas Morning News and the Electronic Recruiters Exchange (ERE), publishing articles dealing with a multitude of topics in and around the human resources, contingent workforce and staffing space.

Previous to founding F2OnSite, he served as Vice President of Global Resource Management for Corpus Inc. a global software development firm based in Dallas & Bangalore India, operating in more than a dozen countries. Before Corpus, Donny was the Vice President - Americas for The Albany Group, a London based contingent workforce company, with global operations in more than seventy countries including the U.S., England, Spain, Denmark, China, Singapore, Russia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and a multitude of other countries.

He is no stranger to the start-up world as during the dot com era, Donny was one of the first employees at ZeroChaos, now a $1.5 Billion contingent labor firm based in Orlando Florida. He was also one of the early employees with Austin Texas based start-up Hire.com, one of the first ASP Recruitment and Staffing software companies.

Now he leads the F2Onsite with his innovation and vision, creating an employee friendly, and customer focused organization. His approach to management is simple, "Create an environment where anyone can succeed....you will often find that everyone will."

He has two children, resides in the Dallas Texas metroplex and remains active as an alum of Texas Tech University and it's football program.
