Prior to founding the company in 2008, Richard was responsible for establishing one of the leading global financial and professional services search firms.

With eight international locations up and running as of January 2013, Richard has set an ambitious target of making Proco Global the global leader in supply chain management recruitment by 2015.

Richard’s focus is also on the international expansion of the organisation with further locations planned Zurich (Europe), Tokyo (Japan) and Shanghai (China).
