A Nicholl Fellowship Finalist for the female driven western, Sweet in the Saddle, Andrew Pritzker, a Philly native with a BFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College and an MFA from USC's School of Cinematic Arts, worked in LA for 17 years as a screenwriter and script doctor. Relocating to Kansas City to teach screenwriting and create Qikfinger Films, he was awarded Best Director for his sci-fi short, E.P.G., and Devil's Food Cake. His thrillers remain international cult favorites on Amazon Prime, Comcast, and Tubi. Having placed in the AMPAS competition seven times, Pritzker created his own production company, Qikfinger Films to produce, write and direct films amidst KC's thriving indie film scene. Having recently directed the new sci-fi drama, HomePlanet, Andrew Pritzker is currently in preproduction on a new western feature, Saint Grady.
