Valerie Hill began her work with RealOptions Pregnancy Medical Clinics in 1989 after graduating from Faith Bible College. Valerie volunteered as a Client Advocate, a Church Ambassador, and a HOPE Bible Study facilitator.

In 2007, Valerie answered God’s call to serve RealOptions Pregnancy Medical Clinics as the Executive Director. She transformed two of the three centers into medical clinics providing ultrasounds for every positive pregnancy test. Converting the third center into a medical clinic is Valerie’s next goal. Valerie also began client-oriented TV commercials and developed a Men’s Ministry for the husbands and boyfriends of their clients.

Together with a staff of 14 part-time employees and over 100 volunteers, she oversees the three pregnancy centers, two of which are medical clinics. She has been married to her very supportive husband Jerry for 26 years. They have two grown children and look forward to grandchildren!
