Andy has a long and productive history at Redfish. Currently the Director of Development, he focuses on building long term partnerships to provide the highest level of satisfaction in career and talent matching. Whether leading a team, recruiting, or engaged in business development, Andy knows how to find top technical and sales talent that fits our client’s goals. His tenure includes starting as a Technical Recruiter, subsequently managing the Sales and Marketing Division. He then opened the East Coast office, and developed business in new industries and geographies, while mentoring a team and making key placements with top clients.

Andy is a proud Miami Hurricane, having earned his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at the University of Miami in 1998. Outside of Redfish, Andy likes to spend his time outdoors. He can be spotted hiking, biking, boating, or enjoying water sports and the beach. He is an avid traveler and often finds himself in remote places with interesting people and great food.
