Greg has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a rich work history including four years as an Air Traffic Controller, working mostly in the tower. Since leaving the military he has done many things from owning a lawn care company to closing $10M+ in real estate deals a year. While making good money, none of these endeavors brought him true happiness until he had the good fortune to land an opportunity with Redfish Technology, recruiting in the alternative energy space. Greg now managers the Green Tech division and he truly enjoys the complexity and challenges of working with both hiring managers and candidates, matching world class companies and talent. Greg puts makes his expertise available to companies and candidates alike and has written on the subject of Breaking into Green.

Greg is a father of three and enjoys coaching, snowboarding, wakeboarding/surfing, motocross/trail ride and camping. Hailing from Wisconsin, Greg can’t help but be a Packers fan, but he does not miss Brett Favre.
