Brad leads RMI’s strategic initiatives on some of the agency’s largest client accounts including Havertys, Carhartt and Soccer.com.
After spending a number of years working client-side, Brad decided to return to the agency world, a place he has always loved. After meeting Ken Robbins, the rest was history. Brad leads RMI’s strategic initiatives on some of the agency’s largest client accounts including Havertys, Carhartt and Soccer.com.

What do you think makes RMI a great company?
One of the things I’ve truly loved about working at RMI has been the opportunity to witness my colleagues mature and grow into awesome people and fantastic leaders. It has been remarkable and exciting.

From a client standpoint, the thing I am most proud of is the level of respect we get from senior management teams within our clients’ organizations. It’s great to hear from them that RMI plays such a big role in reaching their business goals.

Is there a quote that inspires you?
“If I had four hours to cut down a tree, the first three hours would be spent sharpening my axe.” — Abraham Lincoln.

How do you enjoy spending your time outside of work?
I’m boring — I sleep. Just kidding! I love spending time with my wife and my daughters—anything related to family. I also love golf, but I don’t get to do it as often as I used to.
