Marion Welch has been advocating stem cell preservation for the past 15 years. She started her career working for one of the largest cord blood banks, networking with obstetricians on educating their patients on cord blood banking. She then worked for a regional cord blood bank developing the program from the ground up. Marion is now employed by CryoCell International as field coordinator for the state of Connecticut .
