A physician-turned-entrepreneur and visionary executive, Dr. Yin Ho has led transformative Health IT and clinical research companies for over twenty-five years, including serving most recently as interim CEO at Veradigm where she spearheaded the acquisition of Science IO to bring in-house generative AI capabilities to electronic health records. She also was the founder and CEO of Context Matters, the pioneering health economics data analytics platform now part of Clarivate Analytics.

Her past roles have included leading eHealth at Pfizer, guiding electronic clinical trial company Medidata’s strategy through IPO, and serving as Chief Product Officer at Aetion, a real-world evidence leader. Trained as an emergency physician at Yale and holding an MBA from Harvard, Dr. Ho also co-founded the influential New York City Health Business Leaders organization, now AlleyCorp's Digital Health New York.

She currently advises many AI healthcare startups and is the Chairman of the Board at Segmed (an AI radiology platform) while advocating for responsible AI development in healthcare. Her latest book (published November 2025), Rushing Headlong: Health IT's Legacy and the Road to Responsible AI, explores the history of Health IT and the opportunities and challenges that AI brings to medicine.
