Laura Hoggan is Sales Manager of Rubber & Plastics, Inc (RPI) a value add manufacturer of custom heavy duty cleated and sidewall rubber conveyor belts, rubber parts, PVC and urethane conveyor belts. Laura has a BS in General Science from Portland State University, a Bachelors of Business from Marylhurst University, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Oregon.

Laura has a background of consultative sales and marketing for custom manufactured products to the Recycling, Waste Water, Frac Sand and Manufacturing industries. A strong emphasis on helping customers to solve problems led to educating customer through seminars on conveyor system maintenance and basic belt construction.
