Jon Browning serves as CEO of Strategic Sourcing Advisors with a focus on global location strategy and contact center procurement. He has over 25 years of experience managing global BPO strategy and is partnering with the Rockefeller Foundation to promote job creation in underserved communities around the world.

Previously Jon led the Microsoft contact center procurement and global location strategy during his 24-year career with the company.

He co-founded the contact Center Buyers Forum whose members represent many of the largest buying companies that together manage 450,000 contact center seats, more than 20% of the outsourced activity globally.

Jon is the co-creator of the Global Impact Sourcing Coalition with membership that employs over 850,000 BPO workers globally and chairman of the IAOP Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
