 Gregg has a passion for leadership and strategy consulting, coaching and enterprise wide strategic change initiatives. Gregg is the founder and COO of Sagatica, a leadership development firm in San Diego. 
Gregg has a passion for leadership strategy, planning and development and is motivated by guiding integrated strategic change. He is highly respected for a unique blend of practical business, sales and marketing, operations, and management knowledge that help leaders inspire, influence and achieve results. Clients and peers will say that Gregg listens carefully, partners closely, and delivers practical, efficient, and lasting solutions.

Gregg is a dynamic, innovative and accomplished executive with a 15 year history of leadership and development of award-winning sales teams. He’s developed a wide range of coaching and analytic skills that help individuals and organizations become mission driven, client focused, and well aligned to achieve goals.

Prior to Sagatica, Gregg was a Senior Manager with Alcon Laboratories and Innovex/Novartis Pharmaceuticals where he led and managed specialty medical representatives. He is a nine-time President’s Club award winner, the recipient of the first ever Outstanding Achievement in Excellence Award and earned the 2007 Senior Manager of the Year award. His excellent business acumen, intrepid leadership skills and purpose-driven work ethic led him to become one of the most decorated Sales Managers in the medical industry.

Gregg attended Pennsylvania State University and the University of Texas. Away from the office, his interests include exploring countries and cultures, cycling, yoga, tennis, meditation and the study of alternative investments. Gregg and his wife and their two children live in San Diego, California.
