Robert Hill


 Robert Hill has over seven years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies on a direct marketing campaign. 
Born and raised in Detroit, MI, Robert moved from the Southeast to the Northwest of the state to attend Grand Valley State University, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Bio medical Science while playing football and track for the school.​ During a track event, Rob met his wife, who at the time was an athlete with The Ohio State University. Shortly after graduation he moved down to Ohio to reunite with her, landing a job with the company. He was excited about the opportunity to learn the business and devote himself as a leader, while also learning to develop great habits revolving around priority management and financial management. After just one year, Rob evolved as one of the top performers in the Midwest and was then offered an opportunity to open a sales and marketing firm in his home town of Detroit, MI.

t had always been a goal of Rob’s to create jobs and opportunity in his city so this was a great opportunity to do so. In Michigan, Rob opened three new firms and employed hundreds of representatives since 2010. Robs most recent growth in Michigan and long standing relationship with a powerhouse client has lead to this most recent growth into the Columbus market with the launch of Scarlet Management Group. Rob attributes his early success in the company to his competitive background, love for people, and drive to achieve early career success.
