Samantha was born and raised in Romeo, Michigan-- a small suburb of Detroit. Always having a passion for journalism, she attended school where she was involved with several community service organizations, including being the Editor-in-Chief of her school’s yearbook committee. Once in her leadership position, she helped lead the yearbook to win several prestigious awards for writing, photography and designment, she also found a love for working with groups of people and being a mentor to them.. After graduation, she focused her time on developing her skills she had obtained through school in several entry level positions-- never really finding the career opportunity she was searching for. She heard of an opportunity to work in a Human Resources role within an expanding company where she would have the opportunity to travel and relocate to Columbus, Ohio. This was Sam’s chance to experience the world in the leadership position she had been waiting for. She quickly jumped on the opportunity, packed up her house, and moved to Ohio!

After being in the company for a few months now, she’s constantly learning new things ever day. She loves the challenge of managing multiple projects at the same time, as well as, creating opportunities for people looking for a new career. As someone who greatly appreciates the value of a family, her goal is to become successful very quickly in her role, move into higher levels on Human Resources Management, and enjoy time with her family later in life. 10 years from now Sam’s goal is to assist in the growth of the company, raising the office to 25 locations and launching the expansion into Europe.
