Before founding Tennessee Trust Realty, he spent over a decade working with Fortune 500 and enterprise-level companies, where he led sales strategy, trained high-performing teams, and delivered multimillion-dollar results.
That foundation now informs how he leads brokerages, coaches agents, and advises professionals on building scalable, sustainable businesses in real estate. He works with a select number of agents and brokers each year through advisory and coaching engagements.
