Katherine Sandusky came to work for Jose Silva shortly after graduating from high school in Laredo, Texas, and she has been involved in the Silva systems ever since.

She started by taking orders, working in the mail room, and running the shipping department.

After a few years, she moved to Austin, Texas, and went to work in the state government bureaucracy.

While working for the state, she started her own Silva business, Avlis Productions Inc., and soon grew it into a full time business with representatives in many countries around the world.

In addition to managing the business, she is also a full time mother to her young daughter Lily.

By the way, if you are wondering where the name Avlis came from, just spell it backwards.

She has been active with many volunteer organizations, including volunteer fire departments and the local unit of the American Red Cross.

She is an active member of her church, and the local Lions Club.

She has used the Silva system in her personal and business life.

Her success in selling earned her a chapter in the book about Jose Silva's UltraMind ESP System.

Now she is authoring books about applications of the Silva courses in various areas, including Business, Personal Growth, Creativity, and more.

Kathy helped in the production of the Holistic Faith Healing home study course in 1999, and she now travels to present Silva courses and workshops and to recruit and train new Silva UltraMind Systems Instructors.
