For more than twenty years, Mr. Nye has focused on high-tech and data protection as solutions for businesses and consumers. After graduating from Florida State University, Mr. Nye centered his efforts on advanced technology and business development. He has been recognized with multiple achievement awards for both leadership and technical knowledge while working for large technology defense contractors DynCorp and Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC), a Fortune 500 technology business solutions and services provider and defense contractor. He has also formed valuable relationships with top industry leaders like Johnson Controls and Lockheed Martin.

Over the past 10 years, Mr. Nye formed his own technology company to broaden his experience and feed his entrepreneurial drive. He grew this business into a multi-million dollar Information Technology Company and started a second company in construction and real estate development. Mr. Nye comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and trusts the experience of past generations when they provide valued knowledge and advice.

Mr. Nye is recognized as a true leader, trusted advisor and innovative thinker who co-authored the initial technology infrastructure, including database management and security, for mission critical support of Naval Facilities within the Southeast. It was his involvement with the growth of two distinctly diverse companies and in the continued development of advanced technology that inspired him to form Skadoit. As a result, he has focused his efforts on emergent solutions that deliver low cost, automated, secure and reliable data protection solutions, business continuity, and disaster readiness to mass markets. Apart from his business life, Mr. Nye enjoys spending time with his 3 children and wife of 19 years.
