Ken Roe is one of the newest staff members of the SPS Austin branch where he
serves as the branch operations manager. Ken holds a bachelor’s degree in business
administration from Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut and is a 12 year veteran
of the United States Army, where he served as an M1A1 Abrams Tank Crewman.

Prior to joining the SPS management team, Ken was part of the global security
department at ESPN, in Bristol, Connecticut. While at ESPN, Mr. Roe oversaw global
security operations, was a team leader for several guard force transitions, wrote the
operations manual for the global security command center, and was responsible for
employee credentials and overseeing ESPN remote security operations.

In addition to his vast experience in the private security field, Mr. Roe is licensed
by the Texas Private Security Bureau as a branch operations manager, a level II and level
III security officer, and is a former master sales representative.
