Carole-Ann Matignon spent her whole career focusing on customer problems. She started with implementation projects as a consultant in change management and advanced technologies, where she developed her passion for expert systems, business intelligence and optimization. After a few years at ILOG (now acquired by IBM), she joined FICO where she has been leading the strategy and vision of Decision Management tools since 2000 as VP of Product Management. Determined to remain close to the technology, she implemented insurance underwriting rules and collection scores using Blaze Advisor. She has advised during her tenure hundreds of customers on Blaze Advisor design. She is the author of Blaze Advisor best practices, product boot camps and webinars.
She now serves Sparkling Logic as President & CEO, responsible for the product vision and strategy.
