Heather Jacobsen is working to unravel the health and science behind gluten and grains, while also building tools for a gluten-free/grain-free lifestyle. As founder and CEO of the community website, Stuffed Pepper, she encourages community engagement and discussion with recipe sharing, opinion posts, health articles and more. Heather holds a Master of Science from the University of Kent at Canterbury, and an BA from the University of Virginia. She has previously worked at the National Academy of Sciences, has lived and worked overseas, and has been gluten-free (GF) since 2001.
