Todd Vikan is the Chief Operations Officer for TACG. He joined the company in January 2009 after rising to Senior Manager at BearingPoint from 1997 to December 2008. At BearingPoint, Mr. Vikan led teams providing education and training services across Air Force Materiel Command, and provided specialized consulting for Air Force supply chain operations and improvement initiatives. Prior to his tenure at BearingPoint, Mr. Vikan held several positions within the United States Air Force including Acquisition/Program Management Officer, Research Scientist, Test Manager, and Program Manager for several advanced electronic combat systems. Todd Vikan earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina, and his Masters of Systems Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.
