Recipient of the Joyce Parker Award for outstanding contributions to the field of training and development, Jonena Relth specializes in performance improvement and brings to our clients nearly 30 years experience as a business owner of three companies. Her expertise with enterprise-wide systems has been instrumental in helping organizations bridge the connection between system implementation and the associated learning required for successful transition from paper to paperless environments.

As a healthcare education advocate, Jonena is a member of HIMSS and ACHE and founding member of The Society for Participatory Medicine. She is active on Twitter and plays a key role in the EMR/EHR Clinical Transformation Group in LinkedIn. As a past president of ASTD, she speaks on HRD issues relating to coaching, employee performance improvement and process effectiveness. Jonena is an active contributor for both TBD and other industry newsletters and blogs.
