Dr LEE KH is an Engineerpreneur who founded TBSS companies in Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City. TBSS Ho Chi Minh City has delivered coastal surveillance radar, vessel traffic radars, radar training systems, security and surveillance systems in Vietnam, TeamTBSS had also implemented surveillance projects in Cambodia, Myanmar and Pakistan. TBSS designs, develops and delivers customised courses in Radar, EW, Entrepreneurship and Kids Development courses and talks in Asia-Pacific Region.

Dr LEE is certified to teach in Higher Education by the Staff Education and Development Association, UK. He taught Communications and Microwave Engineering subjects with SIM University, University of Newcastle, James Cook University, University of Southern Queensland, RMIT University, Northumbria University and Edith Cowan University undergraduate and graduate programs. LEE is a Keysight Certified Expert in Electronic Design Automation software tools.
Lee had served as a Chairman in the Education Chapter, IEEE Singapore Section. Currently, he is serving in the board of Vietnamese Association and an Advisor in the Vietnam Chamber in Singapore. He is a School Advisory Committee member of Henry Park Primary School. Dr Lee is the President of the Association of Old Crows, Singapore Chapter.

Lee graduated from NUS with a Master and a Bachelor degrees. Dr Lee also holds a Master degree from the University of Sheffield and a Ph.D in Engineering Management. Lee has published over 50 papers in International conferences and research programs on Antennas, Electronic Warfare, Radar, Training and Entrepreneurship internationally. He is also the Founder and Chair of the Asia-Pacific Radar Conference.
