 Dr. Rick Brandt is an industrial psychologist and business consultant specializing in leadership development, executive coaching, succession planning and talent management system development.

Rick originally joined TalentQuest in 1996. As the president of Consulting Services, Rick is focused on expanding the firm’s offerings through delivering thought leadership and developing proprietary content, and he keeps the executive team abreast of industry insights and trends. In addition, he helps to ensure that TalentQuest consultants deliver high-quality, best-practice solutions in the area of human capital consulting and talent management services. Rick also works directly with clients in the areas of strategic organizational development, leadership development and executive coaching.

Rick focuses on consulting, specializing in leadership development, executive coaching, succession planning and talent management system development. He has been an active leader in the creation and implementation of succession management, talent identification, and leadership development systems for Fortune 500 companies as well as midsize firms.

Rick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William & Mary, a Master of Arts degree from the City College of New York, and a doctorate in psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Rick is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Georgia Psychological Association.
