Bryan Ramona became part of the team at Philadelphia-area technology provider TechWise Group as Customer Experience Manager last month. His duties include sales & support to training & demonstrations to marketing & content creation along with social media management & execution.

After a long career as a radio and television broadcaster, Bryan transitioned to technology sales in 1991. It was here he began his career in telecommunications hardware sales in South Jersey. With over a decade of experience in telephone systems consulting, he returned to school in 2002 while continuing his sales responsibilities. Bryan's goal was to augment his knowledge and take advantage of the growing move to a computer technology focus in the small to mid-sized business community.

After graduation from the University of Phoenix in 2004, Bryan moved to Information Technology consulting, primarily with the small to mid-sized business (SMB) segment that he had worked with in his telecom days. While the primary sales consultant at his previous company, Bryan continued to chart a course as a power networker and connector, which led him to active participation in events of all shapes and sizes, as well as rising to Chairman of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee. In addition, he grew to be an published writer on SMB technology for several Internet publications and a frequent technology blogger. Bryan read the tea leaves and was on the forefront of embracing the multiple facets of social media as a tool for change and information.

While Bryan is a dedicated professional in technology, he still stays close to his roots in the media and performing as an actor and sought-after voice artist. Aside from having maintained a part-time career in radio since 1991, Bryan has appeared in over two dozen plays in local theater; as an actor in 2015, most recently he had a small part in a television pilot for Investigation Discovery "Let's Kill Mom" and worked as an extra on the Rocky spinoff Creed.
