From a young age, Susan exhibited a deep affinity for animals, often bringing home various creatures and volunteering with local rescue organizations during her teenage years. This early dedication laid the foundation for her commitment to animal welfare.

Under Susan’s leadership, The Pet Gal has flourished, expanding to 11 service areas in Central Texas, as well as Colorado Springs, Kailua-Kona, and Waikoloa. The company has built strong relationships with clients and actively participates in community events and fundraisers. It emphasizes giving back by supporting local rescue groups and utilizing social media platforms to aid in pet adoption efforts and reunite lost pets with their families.

Susan’s dedication to continuous learning is evident through her certifications in Pet CPR & First Aid Training, Canine Body Language, and Cat Behavior. Beyond her professional endeavors, she enjoys gardening, horseback riding, traveling, boating, and spending quality time with her family and rescue pets.
